This client is on target to do several million in annual revenues in 2021. They have hired inhouse staff to support Palmetto Group as their Amazon Agency. This has been a game-changer. New creative assets (images, copy, and video) combined with increased manufacturing capacity will directly drive top and bottom line growth.

OVERVIEW: Managing the Amazon platform was a part-time chore for employees at this company until they outsourced their Amazon account to Palmetto Group. We oversaw a 75% increase in sales in 2020. Our revenue targets for (2021) are several mission dollars per annum.

INITIATIVES: We started with overhauling their content and increasing conversion rates by 250%. This was followed up with a new inventory management process to improve in-stock rates by 1,000%. We made sure all bestsellers were always in stock and added complementary SKUs to the product line. Lastly, we created a targeted ad plan that reduced their spending and increased their returns.
